Bryce Acer - CEO
With sixteen years in the tech field, specializing in Adobe software, Bryce’s career began in web content for pharmaceuticals and finance. After consulting for companies like Crown Partners and DCQ (Day Software), he founded Arbory Digital. He is passionate about helping companies succeed through honest, efficient tech solutions. At Arbory, he believes in integrity and realistic advice for successful outcomes. In his free time, Bryce enjoys golf, softball, volleyball, beach activities, live music, and traveling.
Dwayne Hale - CTO
Dwayne developed an early fascination with network administration and has over ten years of professional experience. After working within the AEM space for more than a decade, he became an architect at Arbory, and eventually the CTO. He believes Arbory Digital stands out for its transparency and the opportunity to explore various interests which keeps his work dynamic and engaging. When Dwayne isn’t working, you’ll likely find him fishing, gardening, or spending time with family.
Hank Thobe - CMO
Hank earned his AEM business practitioner certification in 2022, specializing in UI and workflows. Soon after, he took on a role as a contractor with Zaxby’s as a project manager for their DevOps team. In the past, he helped launch a tech startup called InstantOrder, which served mom-and-pop restaurants with online food ordering and kickstarted his motivation for innovation. Currently, Hank enjoys going to the beach, traveling, spending time in nature, and playing intramural sports.
Tad Reeves - Principal Architect
Tad has been working with Adobe products since 2010 and has extensive experience in website infrastructure. Staring in 1996, he has worn nearly every hat in website delivery from solution architecture to product management, and has over two decades of experience. He loves that Arbory gives him the opportunity to provide honest and effective solutions, even if it means challenging prevailing sales perspectives. When Tad isn’t working, he enjoys mountain biking and exploring nature with his wife & 3 kids.
Justin Ranly - Developer
Justin has sixteen years of experience in the nursing field, with the last ten years dedicated to procedural nursing and radiology. However, he was ready for a new challenge and wanted to become more involved in technology. After applying his skills in a software development bootcamp, he joined the Arbory team. There, he enjoys being surrounded by experts in the field and seeing the direct results of his impact. When Justin isn’t working, he enjoys traveling, attending live shows, and spending time with his family and friends.
Drew Cummings - AEM Developer
Drew has been with Arbory Digital for a year and was introduced to the world of Adobe shortly after. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Creative Writing, and a master’s degree from NC State. Shortly after, he worked at a couple of startup companies and refined his skills. He discovered Arbory and was drawn to the small team consisting of motivated and honest people. In Drew’s free time, he enjoys writing, playing games, spending time at the beach, and taking surfing lessons.
Kathryn Reeves - Financial Liaison
Kathryn serves as the coordinator for all financial and legal matters at Arbory Digital, including liaising with accountants, payroll teams, and attorneys. She brings experience from running a furniture business and overseeing financial operations across companies. Kathryn was drawn to Arbory Digital for its dynamic environment and shared values. Outside of work, she’s an avid woodworker who loves tackling DIY projects—whether building a trap door in her kids’ closet or teaching them how to use power tools.
Chase Hollander - Developer
Chase is a senior at Miami University of Ohio earning his bachelor’s in Computer Science. He has prior experience as a developer and consulting through interning with many different companies. He found Arbory Digital and enjoyed working with a smaller team of motivated individuals who are making a positive difference. When Chase isn’t working, he enjoys golfing, traveling, movies, and spending time with friends and family.
